Joe Klimek is CEO of SofTrek, developer of ClearView CRM fundraising software. With more than 20 years' experience helping organizations adopt new technology and processes, he has deep knowledge of the challenges that nonprofits face.

Before joining SofTrek, Joe served as president of NimbleUser, one of the largest OEM applications built on the Salesforce.com platform. Under his leadership, NimbleUser became a top 10 revenue generator among Salesforce.org nonprofit solutions. Joe also spent several years in business development with fundraising software provider Advanced Solutions International, Inc. and as the chief financial officer of a membership organization with a related charitable foundation. Throughout his career, Joe has consistently enhanced operations, improved business performance, and used proven methodologies to drive revenue growth.
Joe's educational background is in management engineering.
Karen Harris Melendez has been an executive in the nonprofit industry for more than 20 years. She was the Director of IT at The Fresh Air Fund from 1994 to 2001. In 2001, she launched KHM Business Intelligence LLC and provided business intelligence services to nonprofit organizations. Karen holds a bachelor of science degree in information systems management from York College. A native New Yorker, she resides in New Jersey.
Dave has spent more than 25 years working with nonprofits clients to help them find solutions to their technical challenges. His area of expertise is in the architecture of data center infrastructure. He formerly was associated with international manufacturer Columbus McKinnon as an application developer and has worked as a consulting software engineer specializing in XWindows and IBM graphics API graPHIGS. Dave has been with SofTrek since 1994.
Tracy Pericozzi guides SofTrek’s software engineering efforts, overseeing business intelligence, database, and Java engineers. She began her career with the company as a data conversion programmer, moved on to the engineering team, formed the business intelligence team, became Manager of Professional Services, and ultimately took on her current role overseeing all company engineers. Her bachelor of science degree is in computer information systems from Buffalo State College.
