ClearView CRM is a team of seasoned nonprofit and technology professionals who are committed to helping mission-based organizations grow.
Cofounder John Rees is Doubleknot’s CEO. Prior to Doubleknot, John was responsible for sales and service delivery as a Vice President of Professional Services for the US practice of Burntsand, a publicly traded international IT consultancy that acquired Altro Solutions, where John was co-founder and Chief Operating Officer. Previously, John served a Senior Manager for KPMG, where he led large consulting teams engaged in business process design and development of complex mission-critical solutions for Global 2000 clients.
Karen Harris Melendez
VP of Product Development and Professional ServicesKaren Harris Melendez has been an executive in the nonprofit industry for more than 25 years. She was the Director of IT at The Fresh Air Fund from 1994 to 2001. In 2001, she launched KHM Business Intelligence LLC and provided a myriad of consultative services to nonprofit organizations for almost twenty years before joining Doubleknot. Karen holds a bachelor of science degree in information systems management from York College. A native New Yorker, she resides in New Jersey with her family.
Director of Software EngineeringTracy Pericozzi guides software engineering efforts for ClearView CRM, overseeing business intelligence, database, and Java engineers. She began her career with the company as a data conversion programmer, moved on to the engineering team, formed the business intelligence team, became Manager of Professional Services, and ultimately took on her current role overseeing all company engineers. Her bachelor of science degree is in computer information systems from Buffalo State College.
Brendan Feldstein brings years of experience as a dedicated client advocate. He enjoys partnering with nonprofit teams to identify growth opportunities and develop custom-tailored solutions to create measurable, sustainable value. Holding a B.S. in Business Management from Bentley University with a focus on business development, operations, and management, Brendan relishes in cooperative, strategic thinking to streamline your organization’s operational efficacy.
Brian is an experienced sales professional who has worked in the ticketing solutions industry for three decades, most recently with Tessitura Network for the past 15 years. He also sold software at Choice Ticketing for four years and at ArtSoft/Advantix/Tickets.com for 10 years. Other work included three years at a university performing arts center in sales and marketing, a three year stint as ticket manager with a professional football team, and two years at a commercial theatre as House Manager. Brian lives outside New York City), where he and his wife Nancy have three sons. He is an active member of his local community theatre as both box office manager and performer, and is a lifelong baseball fan who grew up in St. Louis rooting for the Cardinals.
